OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT provides knowledge of concept in operations
management. This course emphasizes operations management and productivity,
product design, plant location strategies, layout and process strategies, forecasting
and aggregate planning, work measurement, supply chain and inventory
management, project management and maintenance, quality management concept
and sustainability. This course also provides knowledge and skills in planning,
decision and control of operation in the organization
